Update: Preschool 2025-2026

Placements have been filled for the 2025-2026 year, but we are still accepting applications for the wait-list. If you have a child that will be 3 years old by September 30, 2025, they are eligible for the 3 year-old program.If you have a child that will be 4 years old by September 30, 2025, they are eligible for the 4 year-old program.

Beginnings Preschool Program Overview:

Beginnings Preschool is located in two classrooms at Mount Lebanon Elementary School. Each classroom has two sessions: one for 3-year-old children and one for 4-year-old children. All age-appropriate children residing in the Lebanon School District are eligible to apply. Our early childhood environment fosters growth and learning for all children through a variety of experiences. 

The preschool program provides children with a rich social atmosphere and numerous language opportunities. The children participate in a theme-based and literacy-focused program that includes songs, finger plays, book look time, imaginary play, art projects, and small and large muscle activities. Our goal is to be as prepared as possible to meet your child’s individual needs. We look forward to getting to know each other and participating in the wonders of early childhood school experiences. We encourage families to reach out with any questions, thoughts, or concerns. Each day, we aim to provide a safe, warm, and nurturing environment where each child’s uniqueness shines.
