Fourth Grade

Fourth grade prepares students for the shift to upper elementary expectations. Learners analyze texts more deeply, write with greater detail and organization, and explore advanced math problem-solving. Science and social studies units challenge students to ask questions, research, and present their ideas. Teachers help students develop leadership skills and a sense of ownership in their learning.
