About Our School

Our School

Mount Lebanon School serves approximately 250 students in grades PreK–4 and is one of two elementary schools in the district. Our approach centers on whole-child development, with a strong emphasis on social-emotional learning, outdoor exploration, and hands-on learning experiences that foster curiosity and connection.

In addition to core academic instruction in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies, students engage in Essential Arts classes including music, library, physical education, and visual arts. Outdoor learning is woven into the school experience, helping students develop both academic skills and an appreciation for the natural world.

Mount Lebanon School is a nurturing community that supports each child’s academic, social, and emotional growth through meaningful relationships and developmentally responsive teaching.
